ABOUT GRACE Our Church Mission There's Grace at the Cross for You.
The Church of Jesus Christ does not have a mission program. It is mission by its very nature. Its principal command is "Go to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples (Matthew 28:19) That is the chief purpose, the goal, the task, the objective, the only reason for the existence of the earthly church - to go into all the world with the Good News (not good views) of Jesus Christ so that others may come to personally know and accept Him as their Lord and Savior. The Apostle Paul, the first missionary, was called by God who still calls us today in much the same manner, telling us as well to "Get up and stand on your feet!
